The three bedroom cottage is situated on the grounds of the Clarence River B&B resort and has three rooms with a queen and single bed in each, and another 3 single beds in the open lounge/dining area.  Two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with another two bathrooms available nearby on the verandah of the main building. $400/night for 4 people including continental breakfast.  $100 per extra guest up to maximum of 12 people (in the same group).  You may self-cater or dine in the restaurant for other meals (or we can deliver to the cottage).   Sorry, no children U18 or pets.   Book direct for 10% discount off our advertised prices.
